Part 1 of the Sharing Spaces programme will be held in 1.30-3.30pm. Topics covered will include:

18th September: Health implications of cold and damp Bring energy bills for next session

25th September: Understanding utility bills Home record and booklet plans

2nd October: Warm clothing, Draught-proofing session

9th October: Low-cost savers, How do you use energy session?

16th October: Insulation, ventilation and heat loss

17th October evening session, 6.00pm for 6.15pm start: How to insulate your home

23rd October: Damp and mould, and review of Part 1

MEET THE RETROFITTERS: Part 2 of the Sharing Spaces programme will be held in the early evening at 5.15-6.45pm (except 13th November session which is a bit later). This series brings you together with people whose homes are now more comfortable, with lower bills and less CO2e plus installers and other providers. Please drop in whenever you like (refreshments available).

6th November: Making a start– first steps and retrofit assessment

13th November evening session, 6.15pm- 7.45pm: Introducing heat pumps– Elite Renewables Ltd show what’s possible

20th November:  James Tanner– residential landlord, developer of sustainable homes, mentor and energy efficiency consultant

27th November:  Stewart’s journey– plus introducing internal wall insulation

4th December: David’s and Paul’s retrofits– plus what grants are available

11th December: Reviewing the process with Alternative Heating Solutions Ltd
