HOW IS CAMDEN CHANGING POLICIES ON BALANCING RETROFIT AND CONSERVATION?
Join us for a unique opportunity to listen and engage on how Camden is evolving its policies on retrofit and conservation.
Bethany Cullen, Camden’s Head of Development Management, and colleagues from Camden’s Sustainability and Planning teams, will share with us the new shifts in policies being applied within the Council. Bethany and colleagues will also update us on the relaunched Camden Climate Fund, and the new free advice for people seeking funding for retrofit works.

The new Camden Climate Fund is now open for applications! Camden Council is now providing up to £15,000 as match-funding for householders.
This fund is made up from off-set payments that developers are required to make when their developments do not meet current targets for reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions; the fund it is therefore targeted on making up for their lack of performance by enabling residents to make CO2e savings.

Natalie Black, of Enbee Architecture + Design, will talk about the advantages of using natural insulation materials:

Madeleine Pauker will talk about how to access funding for insulation.
Mike Jenn will give an update on the Sharing Space project at Kentish Town Library.
